Which Way the Wind Blows With Obama

The words of Bob Dylan’s song, “You don’t need a weatherman to tell you which way the wind is blowing,” gave the Weatherman Underground its name.

  1. Obama is not worthy to be a nominee for President of the U.S.A.

His youth leaves him without experience or knowledge - and left to trust in advisors who are questionable at best and dangerous at worst.

Those Americans who have chosen to vest him, are lacking in faith in the Founding principles of the greatest nation in history. They are willfully ignorant of how greatness comes beyond human skill and talent. A terribly dangerous experiment…

We would do well to note his many real moral minuses. And, be responsible to our posterity.

  2. Mr. Brewton quotes a Mary Garber who in turn implies that Obama was connected with something sinister called the “Annenberg Challenge.” This is supposedly evidence of “Weatherman” - type underground tendencies that will erupt after he is president.

What is the truth about the “Annenberg Challenge?” And why has it not been front and center on Hannity’s smear programs?

The Annenberg Challenge is a $1.1-billion public-private partnership strengthened urban, rural, and arts education and raised the quality of teaching in some of the nation’s most troubled schools, and is a historic effort to improve public education in America.

Quoting Warren Simmons, its executive director of the Annenberg Institute for School Reform, in its recent progress report, “The Challenge did not flinch from tackling some of the toughest problems in education. It worked in inner cities and isolated rural areas to improve education for children who were most often poor or minorities. The Challenge did not work miracles, but it frequently beat the odds and helped public schools do better. The Challenge proved that public education can work. It was time and money well spent.”

The Challenge reached 1.5 million children and 80,000 teachers in 2,400 schools in 35 states. It was launched in December 1993 when Ambassador Walter H. Annenberg, founder/donor of the Annenberg Foundation, announced a $500-million gift to public education at a White House event and called for a “crusade for the betterment of our country.” The gift was the largest ever made to public education at that time.

Ambassador Annenberg challenged others to match his gift and over 1,600 businesses, foundations, colleges and universities, and individuals responded, contributing an additional $600 million, creating the largest public-private partnership to improve public education in U. S. history.

So, in the eyes of the conservatives, Obama is guilty of sinister activities by working for this organization to improve some of this country’s worst public schools.

  3. Mr. Henrie, from his natural habitat in far left field, attacks what he describes as a quotation of Mary Grabar.  There is no quotation of Mary Grabar’s writing anywhere in the article.

As usual, Mr. Henrie gives not a single point to refute the facts I stated regarding Senator Obama’s economic and social positions, his career record, and the radical left-wing views of his close associates and political supporters.

  4. Obama has yet to repent, as a Christian, and repudiate, as an American, Marxist Liberation Theology. Why not? They are opposites.

In the 1980’s, when I made a number of lay-missionary trips to a number of Central American countries, my team and I encountered Marxist ‘Liberation Theology’ busily robbing individuals and groups of faith, self-respect, loyalty to God and Country, and a successful future. The results of such perversion lasts to this day.

If Obama does not do the manly thing, he is a liar and a coward. Anyone who supports him, is participating in a Luciferian change, and is not due respect.

The next generation is too worthy to ignore. And, too many good Americans gave their all for our Freedom founding principles and their worthiness. Collectivist socialism deserves the world’s garbage can.

You, Henrie, are easily read: you do need self-justification because you need to start with yourself. You are making a good free-rider loser. Since you want to be a part of his collective, we know you deserve exposure. We will.
