  1. The world around us is active and in constant flux. I say there should be judicial activism to reflect it and keep abreast of it. Activism essentially is an adaptability to changing circumstances. If a system doesn't remain active it becomes static and unhealthy and vulnerable to defeat.

    Anyway, there is no fear of our judicial system not being active. It is inherently designed that way. It is designed by humans who can't help but be active, no matter their stripes. Humans are organically active, so is our judicial system.
