  1. There is not much new (according to reports) in McClellen's book, so what's all the fuss about? The idea that Bush sold the war on false pretenses to the American public is not new. As late as June 24, 2007, a News Week poll indicated that 41% of the American people still believe Bush and Cheney's statements that Saddam Hussein was directly responsible for 911.

  2. His own lack of loyalty and character as re his last employer, indicates a lack of virtue that should be in place as principle before he makes judgements of others that are fair and accurate.

    It is too soon to write a book for any reason - other than need for financial considerations. It is an obvious confession. So be it.
