Some Interesting Election Statistics

The number of ballots cast for President Bush has increased by more than 3 million after all the absentee, overseas, write-in and provisional ballots were counted.

Today’s Washington Times editorial page has updated numbers that show President Bush beating his socialist opponent by significant margins in almost every category.

Notes on Election 2004 points out that very few Presidents have won reelection and also increased their parties’ numbers in Congress, both in mid-term elections and in a presidential election year.

Whatever disagreements individuals may have with the President’s policies in specific areas, it seems clear that the public rejects liberal-socialism in its national officials.

Is there some chance that the message might get to those dispensing educational funds in DC and the states?
